As the founder for Island Fox Analytics, my goal is to build effective and efficient consulting partnerships to help small to medium-sized companies realize their potential.
I started Island Fox after a long career as a senior level sales ops manager working for medical device companies. During this time, I was leading sales ops and analytics teams, as well as SFDC development and admin teams, with the occasional help from an outside agency.
My experience in working with consultants always seemed to be lacking in some way. Whether it be not doing proper diligence to identify business priorities, having to give specific direction to solve problems that they were hired to solve, or just really bad communication skills, something was always missing.
Based on these experiences, and with a passion for sales enablement technologies, I founded Island Fox Analytics.
